Those Eligible for Table Displays
We will have an opportunity one afternoon during the 2026 TWK Annual Conference in June when TWK Conference ministries and UMC General Agencies may exhibit and share information with attendees.

Applications will be reviewed for appropriateness to our guidelines for this conference:
- Preferred groups will be:
- active, recognized ministries or ministry partners of the TWK.
- UMC General Agencies.
- seminaries that have a relationship with TWK.
- The exhibit must align with the desired outcomes for this conference.
- No sales (clothing, books, or other items) will be allowed.
Applications will be accepted until April 8, unless space fills before that date.

Alternative Online Exhibitor Opportunity
If your group cannot attend or does not qualify for a table this year, there is an opportunity for you to share about ministries via a PDF or brief video that will be featured on our website and within the annual conference app. Organizations with direct links to a UMC in our conference will be given priority.
You may use this opportunity to share with members of the conference how the work of the Kingdom is happening through your ministry – and how churches can reach you for more information. Please make sure that what you submit embodies our Prioridades del discipulado for the conference.
Since this is not a report for the Journal (which has different specifications), but a separate “promotional” piece, you actually have the freedom to be creative with content to best promote your ministry with annual conference members and local churches.
Examples might be a flier you develop that churches can download and print/use electronically or an easily viewable short video.
We want to know how your ministry has changed someone’s life, or how your organization helps equip the local churches in our conference.

- Submission deadline May 15 to communications@twkumc.org
- This is a “promotional” piece for your ministry. Be creative and engaging!
- Keep content to one page (or one-page front & back) or within a video of 3 minutes or less
- Preferred format: PDF or MP4
- Hyperlinks can be included.
