Como la estaci\u00f3n de la primavera que trae nueva vida y color a lo que una vez qued\u00f3 desnudo por la estaci\u00f3n invernal,\u00a0<strong>La Vid\u00a0<\/strong>busca traer sanaci\u00f3n y conexi\u00f3n a aquellos que desean ser parte de una comunidad de fe que busca activamente nuevas formas de seguir a Cristo con otros en la Iglesia Metodista Unida.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La Vid<\/strong>\u00a0no es un experimento novedoso ni una simple reacci\u00f3n a los retos actuales, sino m\u00e1s bien una nueva v\u00eda para un discipulado fiel basado en aquel que une nuestros corazones y nuestras mentes: Jesucristo, la Vid verdadera.<\/p>\n<p>El pueblo llamado Metodista Unido ha comprendido desde hace mucho tiempo que cada generaci\u00f3n tiene la responsabilidad de discernir de nuevo c\u00f3mo vivir la invitaci\u00f3n misericordiosa de Dios al amor y al servicio aqu\u00ed y ahora.<\/p>\n<p>En estos tiempos de polarizaci\u00f3n social, desinformaci\u00f3n, divisi\u00f3n y desplazamiento, el pueblo de la Conferencia de Tennessee-Western Kentucky de la Iglesia Metodista Unida ha tratado de responder a este llamado plant\u00e1ndonos firmemente en las palabras de Jes\u00fas, quien dijo: \"....<em>Yo soy la vid; vosotros, los sarmientos. Si permanec\u00e9is en m\u00ed y yo en vosotros, dar\u00e9is mucho fruto. Sin m\u00ed, no pod\u00e9is hacer nada<\/em>\"(Juan 15:5, CEB).<\/p>\n<p>Me complace anunciar que la direcci\u00f3n de los trabajos de\u00a0<strong>La Vid<\/strong>\u00a0ser\u00e1 el Reverendo Jefferson Furtado. A \u00e9l se unir\u00e1 un equipo de pastores que compartir\u00e1n el liderazgo y la formaci\u00f3n del discipulado de aquellos que elijan\u00a0<strong>La Vid<\/strong>\u00a0como su comunidad espiritual. Adem\u00e1s de su trabajo en\u00a0<strong>La Vid<\/strong>El Rev.
