Cuando nos convertimos en la Conferencia TWK, se vendi\u00f3 el edificio de oficinas de la Conferencia de Memphis.<\/p>\n<p>Durante los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, el personal de la conferencia se ha reducido y, despu\u00e9s de COVID, hemos aumentado el trabajo a distancia y las oportunidades de reuni\u00f3n. Por ello, tenemos m\u00e1s metros cuadrados en el edificio de oficinas de la conferencia de Nashville de los que necesitamos actualmente para las oficinas del personal y las reuniones del ministerio.<\/p>\n<p>Las opciones para reducir nuestro espacio traslad\u00e1ndonos a otras instalaciones ha sido uno de los proyectos que el Rev. B.J. Brack ha emprendido desde que se incorpor\u00f3 al personal de Servicios Administrativos. Se han considerado varias de nuestras iglesias y se han reunido c\u00e1lculos sobre lo que costar\u00eda y el tiempo necesario para las renovaciones. La mayor\u00eda tardar\u00eda hasta un a\u00f1o o m\u00e1s en realizar los cambios estructurales necesarios.<\/p>\n<p>No est\u00e1bamos buscando vender el edificio de oficinas de la conferencia en Nashville, pero se ha hecho una oferta para comprarlo a un precio justo de mercado. La Junta Directiva de TWKUMC revis\u00f3 la oferta y acord\u00f3 aceptarla. Si todo va bien con las inspecciones, etc., la venta se cerrar\u00e1 a mediados de agosto.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, el personal de la conferencia tendr\u00e1 que trasladarse este verano a un espacio provisional hasta que se determine una ubicaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s permanente para las oficinas del personal y el espacio de reuni\u00f3n de los ministerios.
