{"id":20949,"date":"2024-10-21T08:50:22","date_gmt":"2024-10-21T13:50:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/twkumc.org\/?p=20949"},"modified":"2024-10-21T08:50:22","modified_gmt":"2024-10-21T13:50:22","slug":"judicial-council-ruling-affecting-church-exits-expected-soon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/twkumc.org\/es\/news\/judicial-council-ruling-affecting-church-exits-expected-soon\/","title":{"rendered":"Se espera en breve una resoluci\u00f3n del Consejo Judicial que afecte a las salidas de las iglesias"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Consejo Judicial de la Iglesia Metodista Unida se reunir\u00e1 del 23 al 26 de octubre en Los \u00c1ngeles para decidir si una secci\u00f3n del Libro de Disciplina que trata sobre el cierre de iglesias puede ser utilizada por las iglesias que deseen abandonar la Iglesia Metodista Unida.<\/p>\n<p>Tanto la conferencia de Kentucky como la de Alabama-West Florida preguntan al consejo si se puede utilizar el p\u00e1rrafo 2549 o alguna otra disposici\u00f3n de la Disciplina para que las iglesias se separen con bienes. La solicitud de Kentucky para una decisi\u00f3n declaratoria se hizo en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kyumc.org\/newsdetail\/ac-day-3-vote-paves-way-to-explore-new-option-for-churches-to-leave-18397340\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">su Conferencia Anual de junio<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>El p\u00e1rrafo 2553, una disposici\u00f3n instituida por la Conferencia General extraordinaria de 2019, permit\u00eda a las iglesias salir con propiedades si cumpl\u00edan ciertas obligaciones financieras y de procedimiento. Expiraba a finales de 2023, pero en lugar de extender la medida, la Conferencia General -que se reuni\u00f3 esta primavera para su sesi\u00f3n cuatrienal- opt\u00f3 por eliminarla por completo.
