Nos complace dar la bienvenida a la Reverenda Keri Cress, que se unir\u00e1 al Equipo de Personal de la Conferencia de Tennessee-Kentucky Occidental como \"Enlace Conexional de Fe e Innovaci\u00f3n\" a partir del 23 de junio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Como Enlace de Conexiones, la Rev. Keri Cress trabajar\u00e1 directamente con las congregaciones de toda la Conferencia que buscan apoyo durante esta compleja temporada de cambio en la vida y el ministerio. Los objetivos de esta posici\u00f3n son: 1) ayudar a las congregaciones a sentirse vistas, escuchadas y valoradas, 2) conectar a las congregaciones con recursos que puedan satisfacer sus necesidades espec\u00edficas, y 3) aprovechar el Mapa de Conexiones de TWKUMC como una herramienta para fortalecer nuestra Conexi\u00f3n y ayudar a las congregaciones a prosperar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se trata de una nueva funci\u00f3n creada en colaboraci\u00f3n con nuestro Equipo de Fe e Innovaci\u00f3n. El puesto depender\u00e1 de la Rev. Melinda Young Britt, Responsable de Ministerios de Conexi\u00f3n, y ser\u00e1 responsable ante el subcomit\u00e9 de Congregaciones pr\u00f3speras de Fe e Innovaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keri es di\u00e1cono ordenado en la Conferencia de Tennessee, Kentucky Occidental, con una profunda pasi\u00f3n por combinar la fe con el servicio pr\u00e1ctico en el mundo. Aporta una mezcla \u00fanica de presencia pastoral, habiendo servido en iglesias locales, y experiencia profesional, tendiendo puentes entre la iglesia y la sociedad en general.
