This conference is designed to equip church leaders & their teams with the skills and abilities they need to lead their congregations and communities with renewed confidence, reinforced faithfulness, and creative ideas! Over the past 25 years, nearly 30,000 church leaders have participated in Leadership Institute and left feeling inspired and equipped to lead their churches. This year’s theme is “Onward,” as we focus on moving forward with hope & excitement after a time of division.
