SUMMARY:Ministerial Fellowship Annual Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Ministerial Fellowship Annual Meeting October 16 at Cedarcrest Camp \nThe Ministerial Fellowship of the Tennessee-Western Kentucky Conference will hold its annual meeting in person on October 16 at Cedar Crest Camp. Having had our last several meetings virtually\, we thought we would enjoy a day of visiting and seeing one another. Lunch will be provided by the staff at noon\, and the meeting will follow lunch. We will have access to the dining room from 10:00 till 2:00\, so we encourage members to come early to visit with one another and see the property at Cedarcrest! The meal will cost $10.75 per person. Please RSVP to Paul Gardner at pgardner54@bellsouth.net \nOur Fellowship is based on connection and exemplifies the essence of the connectional system. Sometimes we neglect the need to gather in Holy Conferencing\, simply to be together and to renew the connection we have had with one another. This will be the first in person meeting of the Fellowship since our merger\, so I am looking to see members from both sides of the river! \nThe agenda will be electing a new slate of officers to lead us into the next decade. Melisa Derseweh has been nominated as President\, Paul Gardner as vice president\, Keith Long as Treasurer and Lanita Monroe to continue as Secretary We would like to have 2 representatives from each district. \nFor those unable to be present in person\, we will have proxy votes available.
