Ministry Architects Discovery Process Wraps Up with Youth Ministry Input Form

TWK Conference Youth Ministry Input Form Gives Last Opportunity to Inform Coming Report

Youth ministry professionals, volunteers, youth who feel called into leadership, pastors and parents with a keen interest in youth ministry, laity with a dream for conference youth ministry, etc., who have not yet given their input regarding the future youth ministry of the conference are invited to contribute through the TWK Conference Youth Ministry Input Form. Responses received before May 10th will have the opportunity to be reflected in the Ministry Architects follow up report which will be completed in May. However, the form will remain available to receive input after that date.

Who is Ministry Architects?

Nearly twenty years ago Ministry Architects began assisting the Church in building youth ministries that last. And now 950+ churches, 33 denominations, and seven countries later they are still at it. Founded by Mark DeVries in the early 2000s, Ministry Architects has emerged as one of the premier ministry consulting agencies in the country … and beyond … with over eighty highly trained, experienced consultants resourcing a variety of ministries from youth to children to young adults, from small churches to large conferences. While consultants are located all over the country, Ministry Architects’ home base is right here in Nashville, TN.

What is happening next?

The Ministry Architects team of Sara Bailey and David Carroll will complete their report in May, sharing with the conference and particularly its youth ministry leadership what they’ve heard about youth ministry in the Nashville area of the UMC and what they’ve heard about hopes and dreams for TWK Conference youth ministry in the future. The report will identify current pressure points and will lay out a blueprint for how to move forward in visioning, systems building, and innovation to bring the conference youth ministry to its new place.

Interested persons should look for the Ministry Architects Discovery Process Report linked to the TWK Conference e-newsletter on May 27th.
