A new part-time district position has been created to help District Superintendents fulfill the needs of the district.

The District Project Manager (DPM) will work with the District Superintendent and district leadership to develop and/or manage strategic projects within each district. A value will be placed on decentralization, giving the DPM and district leadership the flexibility to contextually meet the needs of the district.

In addition to overseeing strategic district projects, the DPM will connect the TWK conference, district, and local churches by being in the field and facilitating collaborative conversations, partnerships, and resource connections.

This position reports to the District Superintendent and is accountable to the Cabinet as well as the conference Connectional Table for developing vital ministry partnerships. If you are interested in how the DPM will be utilized within your district or would like to know if your district is hiring or appointing a DCM, contact your district superintendent.
