Job Summary: The Director of Communications will join laity and staff in a team ministry for our diverse faith community in keeping with the St. Luke’s Vision Plan, while producing and coordinating all aspects of the communications program, both electronic and print for the church.
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or appropriate experience. Strong computer skills with experience in developing and formatting print materials and web media materials. Ability to communicate well with others and have a willingness and desire to work in a team environment. Must be able to self-direct and manage multiple projects. Graphic design experience is an advantage.
Reporting Line and Policy Compliance: The Director of Communications will report to the Pastor and SPRC Chairperson. He/she will practice diligence in adhering to the church’s “Safe Sanctuaries Policy” at all times.
