Last year at Annual Conference, we offered Escape Room meet-ups as a way to have fun, meet others, and get your brain working  before and after sessions at Annual Conference. We are offering those again this year, thanks to organizer, Rev. Stacey Harwell-Dye.

Never done an Escape Room? No problem!

Escape rooms are themed immersive experiences with puzzles. You’re never actually locked in a room.  We will be playing at Murfreesboro Escape Games, and many of these are beginner-friendly.

If it’s just you, feel free to join any of the games available for sign-up. If you’ve got a group, the game High Noon may be for you – you divide into two teams and play against one another and the room holds up to 12 players.

Just two of you or want to go on a date with your spouse who came to AC with you? Try Pastaway or Apartment A.

“I’ve personally played Apartment A and its great for folks who love board games, 1990s Disney Musicals, or who knew Adam Love personally (the game is a tribute to him), “ said Stacey.

How to Sign-Up

Sign up using this Sign Up Genius link, and once we have the minimum for each game, Stacey will send an email to that group with instructions on how to sign up through Murfreesboro Escape Games’ website. Games will end up being about $32 per person which you’ll pay on your own either when you book or when you arrive if you are an addition to an already booked game.

If you are new to Escape Rooms and would like to play with Stacey, she will be playing Blind Pig at 4:00 PM on Sunday, which will allow plenty of time to escape, get a bite to eat for dinner and then go to registration and opening worship.
