A consent agenda allows the annual conference to approve grouped items in one action, rather than through the filing of multiple motions for approval. The consent agenda* will be presented for a vote soon after the business of the annual conference is called to order.

* TWK Standing Rule 2.11: 동의 안건에는 다음 사항이 포함되어야 합니다:
a) 학술지 게재를 위한 안건 접수 또는 보고서 수락 외에는 연차총회의 조치가 필요하지 않은 안건 및 보고서;
b) 아래 섹션 6에 따라 이루어진 모든 지명; 그리고
c) 지역 교회의 폐쇄, 합병, 담당 라인 변경 및 탈퇴.
어떤 안건이나 보고서가 동의 안건으로 상정되려면 연차총회 개회일 최소 72시간 전에 사전 회의 자료와 함께 온라인으로 제공되었어야 합니다. 투표권을 가진 연회 회원 10명이 동의 안건에서 제외해 달라고 청원하면 어떤 안건이라도 동의 안건에서 제외될 수 있습니다.
