Franklin First UMC
120 Aldersgate Way, Tennessee
Franklin First United Methodist Church is a vibrant, growing congregation in the heart of historic Franklin, Tennessee. Founded in 1799, we’ve been part of this community for over two centuries—and we’re still just as passionate about living out our mission to seek first the Kingdom of God and make disciples of Jesus Christ to transform the world.
Each week, over 900 people gather for worship, classes, and age-level ministries. But our impact goes far beyond Sunday mornings. We offer a wide variety of classes and small groups designed to help people grow in their faith, build meaningful relationships, and make a lasting impact in our community. We serve our community by donating over 20,000 pounds of produce each year through our Giving Garden, providing safe overnight shelter for those experiencing homelessness, and hosting monthly songwriter nights that celebrate creativity and community—our church family is deeply committed to loving our neighbors in tangible ways.
Our beautiful 105-acre campus provides space for worship, ministry, and connection with nature. It’s a place where faith takes root and grows—in people, in community, and in service.
We’re currently seeking a Volunteer Coordinator who shares our heart for ministry and our desire to make our little corner of Williamson County look as much like the Kingdom of Heaven as possible.
Come join us as we live out our calling to love God, love people, and bring hope to the world.
