JUST RELEASED: 2025 TWK Clergywomen Report! Read the report here.

The Tennessee-Western Kentucky Conference Commission on the Status and Role of Women (COSROW) is committed to full participation and inclusion of women in the total life of the United Methodist Church. We’re helping the church recognize every person as full and equal parts of God’s human family. We believe that a fully engaged and empowered membership is vital to The United Methodist Church’s mission "to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world."

Resources

Our TWK COSROW collaborated with our Cabinet to conduct a study of the experience of clergywomen across the TWK. The study included a survey of clergywomen, focus groups, and the review of connectional data (leadership demographics, base compensation reports, and appointment data). Read the report here.
