One of the benefits of using this conference address is easier access to the email addresses of other pastors and paid conference staff. When you enter the first or last name in the “To” field, matching email addresses from the conference directory will appear.
Below are instructions on how to login into your TWK email and forward emails. It is your responsibility to ensure you are utilizing the TWK email for future communication. Thank you!

How to login to your TWK email.
This is a Google email; therefore you can access this by going to Google.com and clicking on Gmail (top right of screen). Once you log in, please change your password to something you can easily remember.
If you do not have your login information, please reach out to Joanna Newberry to receive your email address. You then can use Forgot Password to create a new password.
How to forward emails from GSuite to another email.
Click on the gear icon at the top right of the screen (if you hover over it, it says “settings”). Click “See all settings” > Click on the tab at the top that says “Forwarding and POP/MAP” > Click “Add a forwarding address.” Enter the email address you want your TWK emails to go to. Enable forwarding feature and click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the screen.

Please note: TWK Conference staff and clergy email will be discontinued once they no longer hold their conference position. Ordained clergy in good standing will keep this email for lifetime.
