Session 1 Topic:  Building Vision and Mission-Based Ministries

Session 1 will set the stage for the remaining sessions in the series by introducing and explaining the Strategic Model as an overarching theme for the series. This 9-step model begins with Mission-Vision-Values. Session 1 will include a practical hands-on method for establishing and articulating vision. Steps 2 and 3 deal with the current state of your congregation versus the desired state. You will learn how to assess the current state, envision new desired outcomes, and identify gaps between where you current are and where you want to go.
