This one-day online training offers a chance to pause, breathe, and rediscover the heart of your ministry. Across four engaging sessions in a podcast-style format, host Steve Schneeberger and his teammates will guide you through honest conversations about what really matters in student ministry.

What Do I Do? – Practical tools for community building and recruiting allies
What’s Realistic? – Exploring meaningful metrics beyond attendance
All In? Or Looking for the Next Thing? – Discerning calling and next steps
Can’t attend live? All registered participants receive 6 months access to session recordings.
