The Tennessee-Western Kentucky Conference recommends both laity and clergy nurture a daily practice of well-being that includes five dimensions: physical, emotional, spiritual, relational and financial. What do you hope will be a result of the activity or experience you plan to do? How will this experience improve your overall well-being?
