On Tuesday, September 26, the TWK Disaster Recovery team was recognized for its excellent work in Waverly, TN as a part of the “Party in the Park,” which recognized local and state officials, church partners (including TWKUMC and UMCOR), volunteers, funders, vendors, and other generous community supporters who helped make possible 44 new homes for Waverly residents.
