The Director of Ministries to Kids, Youth, and Families creates a ministry for young people unique to the church’s vision that serves both families already connected to the church and those in the broader community. Children and Youth ministries should deepen the connections between kids’ lives and God, fostering the importance of loving their neighbors. The Director holds and shares a high value on inclusion for all people. All ministry for kids and youth and families will empower and train parents to lead the spiritual development of their children and to connect them to ministries that enrich the lives of kids beyond the church.
