Each year during the holiday season, Christ UMC and West End UMC deliver care packages to the inmates at Riverbend Maximum Security Institution in Nashville. The distribution dates for this year are December 16 at 5 p.m. and December 17 at Noon.

If you would like to be involved in this missional outreach, please contact Jeff Williams at jiwms3@gmail.com (note: email address corrected) by Noon on November 1 so he can get you on the list. The prison does require a background check prior to anyone volunteering, so Jeff will need to safely collect some identifying information on behalf of the prison.
