Dalewood United Methodist Church recognized church volunteer, Brenda Perry, for her Community Work.

She is the church’s Chair of Communications/Evangelism. Even without that title, Brenda is known for her continually reaching out to shut-ins and others with visits and cards sent.

During the school year she regularly visits Stratford High School where she is affectionately known as “The Cookie Lady!”

On Sunday July 27, 2025, Brenda was presented with a necklace from the church.

The pendant included a mustard seed superimposed on a mountain, a cross, and the inscribed quote “With God all things are possible.”
