The Ministry Leadership Center (MLC) is proud to announce a new partnership with the Tennessee-Western Kentucky (TWK) Conference of the United Methodist Church, aimed at strengthening children’s and youth ministries across the region. The partnership launches in September 2025.

Rooted in the Ministry Leadership Center’s mission to equip leaders and faith communities for transformational ministry, this strategic collaboration will provide next-generation ministry leaders with specialized theological education, practical training, and a vibrant network of support.

The Ministry Leadership Center will work alongside the TWK Children’s and Youth Ministry Teams to provide strategic leadership, marketing support, and operational assistance for conference-wide initiatives. The Ministry Leadership Center will provide training opportunities, including a year-long Children’s and Youth Ministry Cohort and Lead Next: a Children’s and Youth Ministry Conference in the Spring.

“This partnership represents our shared commitment to preparing theologically grounded, practically equipped leaders who can guide young people to live out their faith in real and meaningful ways,” said Rev. Dietrich Kirk, President of the Ministry Leadership Center. “We are honored to collaborate with TWK in building a thriving future for next-gen ministry.”
