What if you cannot attend and vote?
If the Lay Voting Member is no longer able to attend or fulfill their duties, then an elected Alternate may take their place. Please make this decision as soon as possible so a voting code can be obtained for that alternate voting member.
In the event a lay member cannot participate they must:
- Contact their pastor.
- The pastor will email the district superintendent and district administrative assistant notifying them of the need to release the lay member and which elected alternate will be replacing the elected lay member.
- Upon approval, the district office will contact annual conference voting officials about the change.
- A valid voting code will be submitted to the alternate member.
Onsite Nursery Information

Drop off is at 8:30am in room 32 for childcare and they must check in at the iPad station. Room 30 will be utilized as a nursing mother's room.

Lunch is not provided, so parents may pack their child a lunch or pick them up to go eat. Lunch will be held at 12:00pm.

We will be going to the playground at these times - 10am & 2:30pm.

Day Camp Information
For those children registered for the annual conference day camp, please note the information below.
The camp will be held at Peace Tree UMC 9315 E Shelby Dr, Collierville, TN 38017.
Check-in each day will begin at 8:15 AM, and pickup will begin at 4:30 PM. Of course, we will work our schedule around the conference calendar.
We will be located at the West Entrance of Peacetree, which is a covered drop-off area.
At the 2025 TWK Annual Conference, we will celebrate the presence of the Holy Spirit as we listen to what God is imagining for us as we live into our connectionalism and shared discipleship priorities. Our Guiding Scripture for this annual conference is Ephesians 3:20-21 -
20 Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, 21 to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen. (NIV)

Ministry Fair | Monday at 4:00-6:00 PM
The Ministry Fair is a space to connect with ministries, organizations, and partners who are making a meaningful impact across the Tennessee-Western Kentucky Conference and beyond.
Exhibitors are grouped by category on this page to help you explore their missions and resources. We invite you to visit each table, ask questions, and discover how you and your congregation might connect more deeply with the ministries of our Church.
Some ministries have also sent us online exhibitor information to share with you.
Worship Offerings
An offering will be received during Opening Worship to support the Tennessee-Western Kentucky Conference’s Disaster Response and Recovery efforts.
During the Service of Licensing, Commissioning, and Ordination, the offering will support the Jerusalem Fund, which provides direct assistance to clergy in need.
Churches may choose to collect an offering so their voting members can bring a check to the annual conference when the offering plate is passed. Cash will also be accepted.
