TWKUMC Standing Rules

The TWKUMC Standing Rules were revised on June 19, 2024. Please review them in preparation for the annual conference. Please send any questions to StandingRules@twkumc.org.


Reports & Resolutions will be posted soon.

The deadline for submitting reports, resolutions, and changes to the standing rules was April 2.  They will be posted on the website after review by the appropriate committees. Any late submissions will be accepted at the descretion of the conference secretary and must be sent utilizing the appropriate form:

Information about the UMC Constitutional Amendments to be considered also will be posted soon on this website.

Day Camp for Children (K to 6th Grade)

Register your children for TWK UMC Annual Conference Day Camp! Children who have finished kindergarten through 6th grade are welcome - at no cost. We will have devotions, songs, arts and crafts, games, picnics, and much more! We will be in  Collierville, TN, for this year's conference day camp. TWK Annual Conference 2025 Music Participation Form

Singers from churches and ministries are invited to join the TWK Mass Choir. We will provide music for the Annual Conference worship services June 1st – 4th. The goal is 100+ voices and ALL are welcome. Deacon Fellowship Breakfast

Our Deacons Fellowship Breakfast for Annual Conference 2025 will be on Monday morning, June 2, at Collierville UMC. All new, provisional, retired, and full connection Deacons, Deaconesses, and Diaconal Ministers are invited, along with any of their guests or family members. We will break bread, enjoy fellowship, and provide updates on the work of the Order—more details to come later. Please let us know if you can make it. Registration form. We hope to see you!

2025 TWK Laity Luncheon

This year’s Laity Luncheon features executive directors Laurie Garrison, Golden Cross Senior Ministries, and John Rivas, ENCORE Ministry Foundation. From ministries to resources to programing to grant funding, learn how each organization can help your church serve and minister to older adults in your congregation and community. A buffet lunch will be served; the cost per person is $10. You can make your reservation when you register for the annual conference. More information.

All clergywomen are invited to this time for fellowship and lunch sponsored by the TWK Commission on the Status and Role of Women. $10/per person. Register and pay now.


BMCR (Black Methodists for Church Renewal) Dinner

This dinner will be held at Collierville UMC on Monday evening. Everyone is invited to attend. Register and pay now. There also is an option to include your membership to BMCR when you pay.


College Student Dinner & Gathering

This informal meal and gathering of college students in town for the annual conference will be held offsite. More details to come.

When you register for the annual conference, you will be asked whether you want to order a boxed lunch to eat while you attend this workshop and learn! Please note which group lunches are scheduled during these times. More workshops will be offered on Monday afternoon during a portion of the time the Ministry Fair will be open. You will have time to attend both!
