Disaster Ministry Basic Training Overview - This course will provide the attendee with general knowledge of all stages of disaster ministry for individuals, churches, and conferences based on foundations provided by the United Methodist Committee On Relief (UMCOR). This lunch and learn session will equip people to take basic information back to their families and churches to help them engage in disaster ministry as their gifts and graces allow. Let's Go! Cultivation Cultures of Call in Our Churches & Beyond- We need more individuals living into their God given calls in their everyday lives--lay, clergy and everyone in between. But how do we do it? Let's mobilize a people called Methodists! We'll explore how we can develop "cultures of call" in our churches and beyond, We'll learn key concepts like the process of discernment, "sent-ness" as a primary step in the life of a disciple, and practical steps to support individuals as they say "yes" to God's call. Led by Brady Banks.

Local church finance committees need to Make Disciples of Christ too. We will explore and discuss various topics that may be helpful to local church Finance Committees as we all navigate uncertain times. Led by John Pearce and the TWK Council for Finance and Administration

"Walk With Me" Conversations surrounding best practices and doing ministry alongside persons in recovery. Resources and discussions with TWK faith leaders alongside the State of Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services to help encourage and equip congregations to erase stigma and cultivate a culture of recovery and community.
