Are you a passionate, motivated individual who values bringing young people into Christian community and helping to nurture them on their journey? Consider joining our team as Director of Youth Ministries!

This is a part-time position averaging 15-17 hours per week. However, an interested and qualified individual may be eligible to combine this role with that of our Director of Children’s Ministries.

Basic responsibilities include:
-Envision and build opportunities for youth to grow their faith in a variety of ways
-Plan, create, implement, and assess Christian/United Methodist education and programming through Sunday school, youth group, and the like
-Develop and coordinate special programs that involve youth participation such as mission trips, fellowship outings, and the like
-Develop, implement, and organize means for youth participation in Sunday morning worship
-Organize and implement teachers and volunteers in youth ministry
-Develop plans and efforts toward youth outreach
-Plan and organize Senior Recognition Sunday for graduating students and their families
