The General Commission on Religion and Race (GCORR) invites inquiries and applications for the position of Equity Justice Coordinator. GCORR seeks a passionate and experienced leader committed to advancing racial equity and justice within faith communities. The Equity Justice Coordinator will develop and implement initiatives that address systemic inequities, foster equitable policies, and provide educational resources and training. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of engaging with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships across diverse communities, and integrating principles of equity, diversity, and inclusion into the Church’s mission and ministry.
The Equity Justice Coordinator will lead racial equity and social justice initiatives through education, advocacy, and leadership development. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and engage diverse audiences in meaningful dialogue and action.
Salary Range: $64,000-$70,000
