Grace United Methodist Church in Mt. Juliet, TN is seeking a part-time Tween Ministry Coordinator to lead our vibrant ministry for 4th–6th graders!

About the Role:
The Tween Ministry Coordinator will:
Lead Sunday morning Sunday school for tweens (4th–6th grade)
Plan and lead regular Wednesday night gatherings
Organize and oversee special events and retreats for tweens
Work collaboratively with our Intergenerational Ministries team to develop lesson content (curriculum provided for Sunday mornings)
Recruit and support volunteers for tween ministry events
Attend a weekly planning meeting with the ministry staff

This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule. Active participation in the life of the congregation, including worship and special events, is expected.

What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will be energetic, relational, organized, and passionate about helping tweens feel seen, known, and loved. Prior experience working with children or youth is a plus.
