We are seeking an experienced manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of all HVAC equipment, boilers, security cameras, alarms, landscaping, and custodial equipment.

Responsibilities include working with staff in setting up rooms for meetings and activities, placing orders for cleaning supplies, minor painting repairs to damaged walls, replacing light fixtures, working with vendors in scheduling of their work, processing invoices, and obtaining quotes for needed work on all church equipment.

Part-time | 32 hours per week | Mondays thru Thursdays | 8:30am – 4:30pm
