While it is our deepest wish for all the TWK congregations to remain within the United Methodist family, we understand that some feel that they are being called to serve God on another path. We want to honor all congregations’ obedience to God, and we are here to help you to make the decision that is best for you.  

With that in mind, we want to announce the following information regarding the November 13th Called Annual Conference. There are several steps that are required before a congregation will be ready for the October deadline; therefore, a congregation must have the following completed by 12:00 pm on August 25, 2023:

• Letter of Intent (complete with required signatures)
• Spreadsheet of Professing Membership
• Completed Exhibit B

To obtain the instructions for completion of these and other documents, a congregation will need to have an interest meeting with their District Superintendent. Please call your District Office to arrange.

Any congregation desiring to be listed on the consent agenda for this gathering is required to complete the process by October 2, 2023.
