Reflection from the late Rev. Dr. Autura Eason-Williams

"This is what it means to be United Methodist. We are a people whose God gifts us grace that meets us where we are. We are a people whose God is incarnate and journeys with us on the way, empowering and inspiring us to do good and live justly. We are a people with stories of good news to share.

It is through the movement of the Holy Spirit that we are able to accomplish amazing works such as those shared during annual conference. Lay and clergy leaders all over the TWK conference are leading resurrected lives. God is using us to shape congregations and offer Christ to a hurting world, one neighborhood at a time.

These are just a few of the stories that make us who we are. What is your story? Please share it with our conference communications team at communications@twkumc.org, so we can share it with others!"
